Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026. Pint Sized Spaces ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have under UK data protection law.
Who we are
Pint Sized Spaces is a London-based children's interiors studio run by Zara Rubin Maini, trading as Pint Sized Spaces. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Zara Rubin Maini is the "data controller" of the personal information described in this policy.
You can contact us about privacy matters at hello@pintsizedspaces.co.uk.
Information we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and the details of your enquiry, such as information about your room, family and project.
When you browse our website, analytics tools automatically collect some technical information, such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and how you interact with our pages. This only happens once you have given consent through our cookie banner - see our Cookie Policy for details.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit through our contact form to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, and provide a quote or booking if you choose to proceed. Our lawful basis for this is that it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
We use analytics information to understand how visitors use our website, so we can improve its content and performance. This processing only happens once you have given consent through our cookie banner.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Who we share your information with
We use the following third-party service providers to help us run this website. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf, or as an independent controller under its own privacy policy:
SendGrid delivers contact form submissions to our email inbox.
Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console help us understand website traffic and search performance. Google may process this data outside the UK; where it does, appropriate safeguards apply. See Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Ahrefs Web Analytics helps us understand overall website traffic. See Ahrefs' Privacy Policy at ahrefs.com/privacy-policy.
Cookiebot manages and records your cookie consent choices. See Cookiebot's Privacy Policy at cookiebot.com/en/privacy-policy.
We may also disclose your information if required to do so by law, or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep your information
We keep contact form enquiries for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which we securely delete them, unless you become a client - in which case we retain project-related information for as long as necessary to deliver our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the relevant tool. For example, Google Analytics retains user-level data for up to 14 months by default.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; ask us to correct inaccurate information; ask us to delete your information; object to or restrict our processing; and ask for your information to be provided to you in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@pintsizedspaces.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
